Urso Jiu Jitsu

Urso Jiu Jitsu operates at 3558 Windsor Spring Road Unit C in Hephzibah, Georgia. Serving the South Augusta community, the academy provides Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training for youth and adult practitioners across Hephzibah and surrounding communities. The academy was founded and is directed by head instructor Professor Darquan Graham, a first-degree Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt under Professor Joshua Miller with more than 15 years of martial arts experience. The instructional team also includes coach Madison Snyder, a blue belt instructor. Training focuses on positional dominance, guard passing, defensive escapes, and controlled partner rolling that builds practical self-defense proficiency and athletic endurance. The academy offers structured programs tailored for multiple experience and age groups. Youth offerings include the Little Warriors Program (ages 3-6) and the Kids Program (ages 5-12) in gi, no-gi, and homeschool formats. Adult students train in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes accommodating beginner through advanced practitioners.
