USKO Training - Orange

USKO Martial Arts operates at 1424 East Katella Avenue in Orange, California, situated close to the 55 Freeway. The martial arts training center delivers instruction in traditional karate, jiu-jitsu, and Muay Thai kickboxing for adults and youth. The academy also serves as an approved vendor for local charter school physical education programs. Instruction is provided by Head Instructor Joey Pagliuso, who began training at age four and holds a seventh-degree USKO karate and jiu-jitsu black belt. Instructor Nina Pagliuso holds a third-degree black belt, having also started training at age four, and has earned multiple World Kata titles. Karate programs emphasize traditional forms, hand strikes, kicking discipline, and belt progression. Grappling classes teach jiu-jitsu ground defense, positional control, sweeps, and submissions, while Muay Thai sessions focus on striking with punches, kicks, knees, and elbows. Youth classes combine discipline and athletic agility drills in a supportive atmosphere. Interested students can schedule a free introductory trial class at the Orange dojo.
