Valhalla Jiu-Jitsu & MMA operates at 81 Big Valley Drive, Suite H in Alexandria, Alabama. The training academy provides Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instruction, mixed martial arts coaching, and combat fitness conditioning for children and adults across Alexandria. Instruction at the school is directed by owner Coach Stephen, an active competitor who has been training, competing, and coaching since 2015 and holds the rank of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu brown belt. The coaching roster also features instructor Jonathan Dunaway, who began martial arts training in 2011. Coaches guide students through positional control, submission defense, takedowns, and technical sparring, fostering an encouraging mat environment centered on personal discipline and student safety. The academy structures its curriculum into dedicated age divisions and skill pathways. Youth offerings include the Tiny Ninjas program, the Little Warriors program, and Future Champs Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Kickboxing. Adult practitioners can train in Adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Adult NoGi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Adult Striking Fundamentals, Adult Combat Jiu-Jitsu, and Adult Mixed Martial Arts. Prospective students can begin with a free class.
