Vamos MMA & Jiu Jitsu

Vamos MMA provides martial arts training at 67 E Main St, Riverhead, NY 11901. Situated on Long Island, the school maintains multiple training spaces, and its Riverhead facilities have a shower making it easy to keep clean after a tough class. Instruction in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is guided by black belt practitioners with extensive experience. The coaching team includes Chris Vamos, a 3rd Degree Black Belt, and Alexander Vamos, also a 3rd Degree Black Belt. Training is further supported by Joe D’Arce, who holds the rank of 5th Degree Black Belt. Class offerings at the academy include Adults Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Kickboxing, Judo Classes, MMA – Mixed Martial Arts Classes, Boxing, Teens Wrestling, and Kids Jiu Jitsu.
