The facility offers Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes six days a week, alongside Muay Thai, MMA, and boxing classes offered three days a week. The gym welcomes everyone regardless of age, race, size, or skill level, from pro MMA fighters to stay-at-home moms, and describes itself as a place to build fitness and health as well as lasting friendships and community. Prospective students are encouraged to attend a free introductory class.
