VISION FITNESS & MMA

Vision Fitness & MMA is located at 3470 Cardiff Ave. Cincinnati, OH 45209. The multi-discipline training facility provides martial arts, combat sports, and conditioning programs for youth and adult practitioners. Prospective members and visitors can contact the front desk by calling (513) 202-3109. The martial arts curriculum features Gi Jiu Jitsu (BJJ), No Gi Jiu Jitsu (BJJ), and Youth Jiu Jitsu (BJJ). Striking and combat options also include MMA 101, Striking For MMA, Wrestling, and Youth Striking. For physical conditioning, the center conducts Fortitude Strength, Kombat Fitness, and Tone And Burn sessions. Training amenities within the complex include a Fitness Center, Hyperbaric Room, MMA Room, Physical Therapy clinic, Recovery Room, and a dedicated Veteran’s Center. Members have access to diverse combat sports instruction and health recovery services situated under a single roof in Cincinnati.
