Viver MMA

Viver MMA is situated at 1580 VFW Parkway in West Roxbury, MA 02132, located along Rt 1 near Dedham and Needham. Established in 2021, the facility features 3000 sq ft of mat space, cage walls, heavy bags, an outdoor patio, and changing rooms. Instruction is directed by head instructor Marcelo de Oliveira, who has trained Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for 15 years and began teaching after earning a purple belt. The instructional team also includes junior kids coaches and a physical therapist. Adult programs include BJJ Fundamentals covering the basics of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, alongside BJJ Creatives offered as an open mat no gi format class for all levels. Additional training options feature kickboxing and strength and conditioning. Youth martial arts classes include the Viver Eagles program, scheduled on Monday, Wednesdays, Fridays with separate divisions for students 4 -6 years old and 7-12 years old. Training facility operating hours run Monday through Friday from 8:30am-2:00pm and 4:00-8:30pm, Saturday from 8:30am-1:00pm, and Sunday from 10:00am-1:00pm.
