Warrior Defense Brazilian Jiu Jitsu operates in DeLand, Florida. The academy is co-owned by Professor Russ Sirmans and Coach Amy Sirmans. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu head instructor and founder Professor Ginger Mark works alongside self-defense head instructor Sensei Tony Grant. The academy says it has classes for ages 4 to 100, and many of its black belts help in classes as part of their continuing training. Class offerings include Adult BJJ, Kids BJJ for ages 7 to 14, Mighty Warriors classes for ages 4 to 7, cardio kickboxing, and dedicated self-defense instruction. Training accommodates practitioners from beginner hobbyists through advanced competitors in a supportive family environment. Newcomers can register online to try a free class.
