Warrior Evolution MMA

Warrior Evolution MMA operates at 329 W 18th St #414 in Chicago, IL 60616, located within the South Loop neighborhood. The martial arts training facility serves athletes, beginners, and competitors across Chicago. Prospective participants can begin their training regimen with a 1 Week Free Trial provided by the school. Instruction on the mats is led by owner Sean Lau, who serves as head coach of the competition team and holds a second-degree black belt in MMA under Dion Ricardo of Victory Martial Arts. The coaching staff also features Coach Karla, who leads beginner sessions alongside strength and conditioning classes. Training programs encompass MMA Skills Training, Live Grappling, Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Wrestling, Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, and Kids MMA. Skills sessions take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00am - 11:30am, while evening classes meet Tuesdays through Fridays. Members-only grappling sessions are scheduled on Mondays from 7:00pm - 8:30 pm and Saturdays from 9:00am - 10:30am.
