Werneck Family Jiu Jitsu operates at 1801 Taylor Road, Suite 110 in Roseville, California. The martial arts academy provides traditional Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu education, grappling instruction, and athletic conditioning for children, teenagers, and adult practitioners. The school is founded by head instructor Professor Cassio Werneck, who trained under coach Ricardo Reis and was awarded his black belt in 1998. The coaching staff also includes black belt instructors Darren Figgins, Julian Flowers, and Sean McCandless, who continue the academy's competitive and technical grappling lineage. Training programs emphasize positional control, guard fundamentals, takedowns, and submission transitions in a family-oriented environment.
