White Lotus Jiu Jitsu operates at 420 S 1st St. in Milwaukee, WI, 53204. The Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu school provides martial arts instruction for individuals of varying experience levels across the Milwaukee area. Instruction at the school is guided by owner Meghan, who holds a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt under Jay Pages and a 3rd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. The instructional team also includes Joshua, a first degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu with over 20 years of experience who has been coaching since 2012. Training facilities include over 1,200 square feet of mat space, a workout equipment area for strength and conditioning, a recovery sauna, and a lounge area. Introductory practitioners can participate in a One Week Free Trial, with new students commonly starting in the White Belt Methods class held on Tuesday or Thursday at 5:30 PM.
