WNY MMA & Fitness operates at 255 Great Arrow Dr #114, Buffalo, NY 14207, situated in the heart of Buffalo, NY. Operating hours run 10am – 9pm Monday thru Friday and 10am – 2pm Weekends, remaining Open Daily. Programs at the academy span Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), Muay Thai Kickboxing, Boxing, Wrestling, Judo, and Fitness. Training divisions accommodate participants from beginners to professional athletes, with specific schedules for BJJ w/gi (Fund-Adv*), No Gi BJJ (Fund-Adv*), and Teen MMA (All Levels*). Youth development features Kids Striking (5-8 yo*), Kids Striking (9-12 yo*), Kids BJJ (5-8 yo*), and Kids BJJ (9-12 yo*). Enrollment trial options include an Adult FREE Trial for ages 13+ only alongside a KID'S CLASS FREE TRIAL for ages 5-12. New practitioners can evaluate sessions through the Free Trial! reservation system.
