Wolfpack Boxing Club

Wolfpack Boxing Club operates at 1000 Gregg Street in Carnegie, Pennsylvania. The facility provides structured amateur and competitive boxing instruction rather than choreographed aerobics routines. Coaching is delivered by a team of USA Boxing certified trainers, including Level 1 coach Doug Williams, who compiled over fifty amateur bouts, and Russian-born coach Denis Pavlov, a two-time Western Pennsylvania Golden Glove Champion. The club requires prospective boxers without formal amateur ring experience to complete a two-session introductory program covering fighting stances, jabs, crosses, basic footwork, and terminology. General offerings include basics boxing classes conducted without head contact, high-intensity circuit training, Pee Wee youth classes, and targeted boxing sessions for individuals living with Parkinson’s disease. Members can utilize heavy bags, speed bags, and ring equipment for fitness conditioning, or progress toward supervised ring sparring and amateur competition with the Wolfpack Fight Team. The gym also offers strength and conditioning cross-training for multi-sport athletes. Advance registration is required for introductory appointments.
