Xtreme Gracie Jiu Jitsu operates at 544 South Hwy 27 in Minneola, Florida. The academy is led by founder Professor Nicholas C. Recanati, a retired police officer from the Bergen County Police Department who received his Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt in July 2021. Co-owner Brandon “Sunshine” Recanati is a black belt in the Bang Muay Thai system under Duane Ludwig. The coaching roster also includes lead female coach Janie Recanati, youth lead instructor Ryan, wrestling coach Danny, and instructor Justin.
