Zenyo Jiu Jitsu

Zenyo Jiu Jitsu operates at Mill Centre, located at 3000 Chestnut Ave., Suite 104 in Baltimore, MD 21211. Scheduled gym hours run Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., as well as Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. John David Emmett serves as owner and head instructor of Zenyo Jiu Jitsu. He has trained in martial arts for 22 years and dedicated his focus to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Training on the mats incorporates differential learning methods and motor learning theory to support athlete development. Class programs include training for adults, women, and kids. Youth offerings feature Sunday Under 9 No Gi and Over 9 No Gi. Monthly memberships cost per month for an individual, per month for a family of 2 members, and per month for 3 members.
