Zilla Boxing Club

Zilla Boxing Club is a community combat sports gym located at 554 First Ave. in Elizabeth, NJ. The academy delivers boxing instruction, athletic strength building, and youth competition coaching for athletes across Elizabeth and neighboring towns in the area. The gym's competitive boxing program has developed multiple amateur champions, including three Silvergloves State Champions. The coaching staff teaches fundamental stance, balance, punching form, counter-punching, and defensive footwork through disciplined heavy bag rounds and supervised sparring. Class schedules provide hourly group training sessions with a coach, including specialized youth classes for ages 6 to 12, teenage sessions for ages 12 to 17, and adult classes. Members can also access open workout times, register for single drop-in sessions, or enroll in recurring monthly memberships.
