Chelsah' Lyons is the owner and head instructor of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at LP Martial Arts in Lewisville. Lyons holds a 2nd degree black belt under Professor Rob Ables, himself a 4th degree black belt under Marcelo Garcia, and has 15 years of experience as a professional jiu jitsu athlete along with 12 years of teaching both adults and youth. Lyons' competition record includes two IBJJF No-Gi World titles and an IBJJF World Master title at black belt, two Fight 2 Win no-gi lightweight titles and an IBJJF No-Gi Pan American absolute title at brown belt, and IBJJF Worlds and No-Gi Worlds medals at purple and blue belt. Several LP Martial Arts instructors, including Marine Corps veteran Michael Cowles, earned their black or brown belts under Lyons.
