Eamonn Madden is the head coach of Aeon Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in London and holds black belts in both Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Judo. Away from the mats he is a director of two organisations: one that works with corporations, Fortune 500 companies and Olympic athletes, and Inspirational Youth, a social enterprise supporting at-risk young people with life and employability skills. He has drawn on that business and youth-work background to build Aeon as a club focused on reflective teaching and growth both on and off the mats. Madden also serves as the academy's safeguarding officer. Among the students he has promoted is Daniel, who received his black belt from Madden and Nelson Solari in 2018.
