Enrique Villasenor, known as 'La Furia', is the BJJ head coach at Studio NW2 in London and a third degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Mexican rather than Brazilian, he has been training BJJ for over 25 years and teaching for 13. Before opening Studio NW2 he taught at London Fight Factory. His coaching emphasises a solid understanding of the fundamentals and the importance of good technique. Villasenor remains an active competitor on the IBJJF and AJP Tour circuits. His results include second place at the IBJJF World Master Championship in 2013 (purple belt) and 2014 (brown belt), third at the same event in 2015, third at the IBJJF European Open in 2017 at black belt, first at the IBJJF London Winter Open and British Nationals in 2018, and second at the Abu Dhabi Grand Slam London in 2020.
