Eryk Anders is the founder of Ya Boi Fitness Academy in Vestavia Hills, Alabama, and its instructor. A professional mixed martial artist and UFC veteran, he opened the academy after years of competing against top fighters, aiming to give athletes of every level a place to train like champions, both physically and mentally. Before his fighting career, Anders was a standout linebacker at the University of Alabama and helped the Crimson Tide win the 2009 national championship. He brings the same work ethic and competitive mindset from football and MMA to coaching, and his stated mission is to help each student reach their potential through instruction, discipline and teamwork.
