Detailed Description
Igor Mocaiber is a third-degree Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt and instructor at Oshawa BJJ. He started training at the age of nine in Ilha Solteira, Brazil, earning his belts in that small town under Mauro Gomes. As a brown belt he continued training through his university studies and master's degree (BSc, MBA) at Guigo JJ in Sao Paulo, before moving to Rio de Janeiro state, where he received his black belt at 26 from Nova Uniao coral belt Wendell Alexander. The academy describes him as one of the most accomplished BJJ competitors in Canada, with a black belt world title, a black belt Brazilian national title and numerous international open titles to his name.
