Detailed Description

Isaac Doederlein is a world-class Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt under Rubens 'Cobrinha' Charles, representing Alliance. Known for his dynamic and submission-oriented guard play, Doederlein has won gold at the IBJJF World Championships (2022), the CBJJ Brazilian Nationals (2019, 2023), and the IBJJF European Open (2020). He is the third American in history to win the Brazilian Nationals. Originally starting Judo at age 11 in Atlanta and BJJ at age 14 in Arizona under Wellington 'Megaton' Dias, Doederlein moved to Los Angeles at age 18 to train full-time at Cobrinha's academy, where he earned his purple, brown, and black belts.
