Detailed Description
Jackson Sousa is the founder and head coach of Cantagalo Jiu-Jitsu London, which he opened in 2018. A multiple-time world champion, he grew up in Rio de Janeiro's Cantagalo favela and named the academy after the community that shaped him, bringing what he describes as its values of hard work, discipline and mutual support to his students in London. Sousa developed the academy's teaching method and curriculum himself. He personally coaches the advanced group, focusing on high-level technique, strategy and performance development, while the school as a whole runs classes for kids, teens and adults from beginner level upwards.
