Kemail Verhoeven is the owner and head instructor of Renzo Gracie Holland in Breda. He holds a third-degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. According to the academy, he has trained under and with Renzo Gracie, Rolles Gracie, Igor Gracie, Gregor Gracie, John Danaher, George Sernack and Karel "Silver Fox" Pravec. Verhoeven has a broad background in combat sports that spans Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, boxing, Muay Thai and MMA, and the site describes training and coaching his students as his passion. He leads a teaching staff that includes black belt Marek Jankowski and brown belts Paul and Jan Verhoeven, and the academy runs BJJ, no-gi grappling and junior programmes.
