Ninja Pinto is the head professor and owner of Brazil Academy in Lenexa, Kansas, which he founded in 2010. Originally from Sao Paulo, Brazil, he moved to the United States to pursue his goal of changing lives through martial arts. He has taught professionally since 2000 and still competes regularly in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. At the academy he teaches jiu jitsu for kids and adults as well as capoeira and Muay Thai, and the family-run school he built emphasizes community, health, Brazilian culture and hard work.
