Manny Alonso Gasemy is a professor at MĀCA Martial Arts in Austin. A former professional fighter, he brings more than two decades of experience and over 100 combined amateur and professional fights fought internationally. He holds black belts in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and in Kickboxing/Muay Thai, is a national kickboxing champion and professional jiu jitsu grappler, and is a verified black belt with both the IBJJF and the USBJJF. Gasemy is a student of Master Jean Jacques Machado and a certified Combat Base Club black belt under Professor Christopher Haueter. His enthusiasm for teaching comes from passing martial arts skills on to younger generations.
