Michael Liera Jr. is the founder of Lōgōs Jiu Jitsu, whose brand and headquarters academy in Denver's RiNo district he established in January 2020. He is a third-degree black belt under Andre Galvao and comes out of the Atos Jiu Jitsu lineage; the academy describes him as widely regarded as one of the most talented competitors of his generation. Under Professor Liera, Lōgōs approaches the art with a modern perspective while maintaining the traditions instilled in his lineage. The academy's programs are designed for practitioners of every level, from those just beginning to lifelong students, and its 7,000-square-foot facility runs instruction seven days a week.
