Milo Hilario is an instructor at Apex Martial Arts, where he describes himself as a student first and foremost and aims to make his classes challenging, technical and fun. He has trained in martial arts for more than 25 years, with experience in wrestling, boxing, Muay Thai, kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. His competition record includes a silver medal in the Senior 1 division at the 2011 No-Gi Worlds, gold at the 2011 Pan Jiu-Jitsu Championship, and gold plus an open-weight bronze at the 2009 Pan Jiu-Jitsu Championship, along with silver and open-weight gold at the 2009 American National Jiu-Jitsu Championship. He has also promoted students at Apex, including fellow instructor Jeremy Brandt, whom he graded to purple and brown belt.
