Patrick Hamilton is the owner and head instructor of Hamiltons Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in Lakeland, Florida, which has operated since 2022. He has trained Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for more than ten years and holds his black belt under Fabio Novaes, a No-Gi World Champion and two-time Pan American champion with Carlson Gracie lineage. Hamilton has competed across the country for over a decade, winning a World Championship title in 2019 and earning a top-ten world ranking; he is also a multiple-time IBJJF champion who has won double gold at most local organizations and still competes. He has worked with law enforcement, including Lakeland Police Department officers, and has run women's self-defense seminars around Central Florida. Off the mats he is a personal trainer with certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and a father who trains alongside his daughter.
