Patrick Pearse Holohan
Paddy Holohan is the head coach of Holohan Martial Arts in Tallaght, Dublin, the gym he opened in the Jobstown area where he grew up. A former UFC flyweight, he was a contestant on The Ultimate Fighter, fought five times in the UFC, headlined the UFC Dublin card in 2016 and retired with a professional MMA record of 12-2-1. Holohan first walked into a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class at 18 at SBG Rathcoole and began coaching once he reached blue belt. He coached for years at other SBG gyms before opening his own, and is qualified to coach at the highest levels across several disciplines. Since leaving professional fighting he has focused entirely on the gym, teaching beginner children as well as the academy's competitive fighters.
