Paul Nava is the founder and head instructor of ARES Arizona BJJ in Mesa, Arizona. A fourth-degree black belt, he has been training in Jiu-Jitsu since 2000 and has won multiple world titles at the highest levels of international competition. Under his leadership the academy has built a coaching staff whose members bring competitive results of their own, including world titles, along with years of experience teaching students at every stage of their development. Nava leads instruction for students from those stepping onto the mats for the first time to those aiming to compete at the world level.
