Robert Arthur Hill II

Robert Hill is the owner and lead instructor of Gracie Barra Glendale and a 3rd degree black belt. He opened the school in 2010 to expand Jiu Jitsu in Los Angeles, taking on the role of head instructor while still a brown belt; the following year he received his black belt from Master Carlos Gracie. Before settling on the academy's location, he taught kids' Jiu Jitsu at Gracie Barra Headquarters in Irvine. More than a decade on, Hill and his team of instructors have built a community of over 1,000 students at Gracie Barra Glendale, continuing to develop high-ranked practitioners who carry on the Gracie Barra legacy.
