Carlson Gracie Wine Country Jiu Jitsu provides martial arts education and grappling training at 32828 Wolf Store Rd in Temecula, California. Founded in January 2017, the academy serves youth, teen, and adult students across Temecula with structured Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and competition training programs. The academy is owned and instructed by co-owners Salvatore Spinelli and Professor Asa Russell. Salvatore Spinelli is a 1st Degree Black Belt under Tom Cronin in the Carlson Gracie lineage, a Black Sash Senior Instructor in Kai Sai Wing Chun, and a Katalong Assistant Instructor in Filipino Martial Arts under Guro Darryl Vidal. Professor Asa Russell is a 1st Degree Black Belt under Tom Cronin who directs Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class instruction and student development. Coursework encompasses adult Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, competitive team training, kids jiu-jitsu, and teens jiu-jitsu. Training sessions guide practitioners through guard passing, takedowns, submission defense, and technical rolling repetitions within a structured training environment.
