Core Jiu Jitsu

Core Jiu Jitsu operates at 1124 1st St. S Nampa, ID 83651 in downtown Nampa, Idaho. The academy is situated across from Wells Fargo and a block from the Nampa Public Library. Instruction features Jayson Kira, who began his Jiu Jitsu journey at 23 years old. He trained at Technics Jiu Jitsu under Rylan Lizares through purple belt before earning his brown belt and black belt from Rexie Barnum at Alliance BJJ Hawaii. He trains with his wife, Sheri, and their daughters, Bailee and Lilah. Instructional classes include Baby Sharks for ages 4 and 5, Keiki for ages 6 to 8, and Junior’s Fundamentals for ages 9 to 14. The academy also schedules Adult’s Gi Fundamental sessions for older practitioners.
