Flow With The Go Jiu Jitsu & Recovery delivers martial arts instruction and athletic wellness services at 920 Lafayette Road, Unit 5, Suite 204A, in Seabrook, New Hampshire, located in the same building as Hampton Physical. The facility combines Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training with physical recovery services to support student performance and physical well-being. The instructional coaching staff includes coach Dillon Bibo, Kayla Bibo, and Benjamin DiNatale. Adult coursework is structured across fundamentals, all-levels, and intermediate to advanced classes, with training sessions featuring progressive warm-ups, technical drilling, situational sparring, and controlled live rolling. Youth programming provides age-appropriate kids jiu-jitsu classes, emphasizing athletic coordination, focus, and self-defense fundamentals. Beyond mat instruction, the center offers wellness consultations, recovery sessions, vitamin injections, and IV drip therapy.
