Foco BJJ

FoCo BJJ is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academy located in Fort Collins, Colorado. The school is led by head instructor Troy Thomas, an IBJJF 4th degree black belt under Alliance founder Romero "Jacare" Cavalcanti. The instructional staff includes 1st degree black belt Francisco Gonzalez, black belt Ryan, brown belt and co-founder Coach Jeff Callaway, and black belt Craig Starger. The academy curriculum emphasizes self-defense foundations derived from traditional Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Training is organized across fundamental classes for new practitioners and intermediate sessions featuring advanced technique and sparring. Additional offerings include Kids Classes combining fundamental wrestling and jiu-jitsu skills, dedicated open mat sessions for students with two stripes and above, and private lessons. Classes run throughout the week to support both recreational grapplers and active competition team members across Fort Collins and Colorado. Prospective students can register for an introductory free trial class to visit the Fort Collins academy and train on the mats.
