Gracie Barra Overland Park delivers martial arts training at 9142 W 135th St in Overland Park, KS 66221. School operating hours are Monday through Friday from 06:00 AM to 07:10 PM and Saturday from 09:00 AM to 11:00 PM, remaining closed on Sunday. Instruction is led by head coach Professor Lucas Flores, a 3rd degree black belt with over 30 years of jiu-jitsu experience who was graduated to black belt in 2013 by Maurício Melo. The instructional roster also includes Professor Silvana Flores, a 2nd degree black belt who began training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in 2004 and received her black belt promotion in 2019. Course offerings follow the Gracie Barra curriculum, including GB Children’s for ages 3-9, Kids & Teens for ages 10-14, and GBF Women’s classes. Adult tracks include GB1 Fundamentals, GB2 Advanced, GB3 Black Belt, and GB No-Gi sessions. Prospective students can complete online registration to schedule an introductory free trial class.
