Gracie Jiu Jitsu Vermont operates at 90 Center Road, Essex Junction, VT, 05452. The facility provides martial arts education centered on self-defense instruction for youth and adults. Instruction is conducted by Seth Shamp, where Seth Shamp has been training Jiu Jitsu for over 20 years, and is a 3rd degree black belt. He received his blue belt from Kyle Saunders, and his purple, brown and black belts, from the legendary Royce Gracie. Additionally, he is a registered professor with the International Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Federation, and SafeSport training certified. Training programs include Adult Group Lesson tracks and Kid Group Lesson divisions separated for 3-4 Years old, 5-7 Years old, 8-10 Years old, and 11-13 Years old practitioners. The schedule also provides a Women Empowered Class, Private Lesson bookings, and Open Mat on Saturdays 11 AM - 1PM, inviting newcomers to Try a Free Class or book a first complimentary class.
