Helton Silva Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts operates at 13889 WELLINGTON TRACE A22/23 in Wellington, FL 33414. The training center can be reached directly by telephone at 561-891-1934. The school maintains an active training space equipped for grappling and striking instruction. The academy is led by head coach Helton Silva, a First Degree Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Luta Livre. He instructs alongside co-head coach Katie Silva, who holds a Black Belt Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu/Black Belt Shotokan Karate ranking. Both instructors share years of martial arts coaching experience with students on the mats. Programs include Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, Mixed Martial Arts, Kickboxing, Self Defense, and Strength and Conditioning. The academy offers martial arts classes for children starting at ages 2+, as well as specialized training through the Blue for Blue law enforcement program. Classes provide conditioning and technical instruction for both recreational practitioners and competitive fighters.
