Inner Strength Martial Arts

Inner Strength Martial Arts operates at 2908 W 3rd Street in Duluth, MN 55806, maintaining an association affiliate at Red Wing Martial Arts Academy located at 52 N. Main Street in Mayville, WI 53050. Founded in October of 2009 by Professor Robert Mrotek, the academy offers prospective students free training options to get started on the mats. Instruction at the academy features Professor Robert Mrotek, who earned a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt in 2016 under Master Cleber Luciano. The instructional staff also features Professor Nick Myers along with instructors Ryan Lull, Shane Schiff, and McKoy Shaul. The school trains as an affiliate under Professor Chewy Ybarra, a 5th Degree Black Belt. Class offerings provide Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling, Boxing, and Muay Thai Kickboxing. Additional training includes MMA Team Training held Saturdays from 12:00-1:30 as well as private lessons. Youth programs feature Kids American Karate for ages 3 - 6 and age 7+, alongside a Kids Bully Prevention program designed for ages 6+.
