Nelson American Jiu Jitsu operates at 3325 13th St in St. Cloud, FL 34769. The training center provides martial arts instruction guided by veteran and first responder values. The instructional team is headed by Ricky Nelson, a 3rd Degree Black Belt, Professional Firefighter, and United States Marine Corps Veteran. He teaches alongside Professor Timothy St John, coach Jaxon Lofland, and instructor Juliana Veloso, a 5-time Olympian in diving. The coaching staff also includes instructors Kyle Pace and Will Acevedo. Class programs include Adults American Jiu Jitsu, Kids American Jiu Jitsu, and Baby Champs sessions. The academy serves as a registered provider for Step Up For Students supporting educational scholarship recipients. Families can utilize funds from the PEP Scholarship and the Family Empowerment Scholarship (UA) toward tuition.
