Performance Jiu-Jitsu & Self Defense Academy is a martial arts school located at 23-12 Broadway in Fair Lawn, New Jersey. Established in 1998, the academy teaches authentic Gracie Jiu-Jitsu under fifth-degree black belt Professor Louis Vintaloro. Professor Vintaloro received his black belt under Royler Gracie and leads daily instruction alongside senior academy coaches. Programs include adult Gracie Jiu-Jitsu, kids classes, and little kids programs. Lessons emphasize leverage, defensive distance management, ground escapes, and submission control.
