MMA, No-Gi, and Striking define The MMA Academy in Liverpool, UK. This combination places mixed martial arts alongside grappling practiced without the traditional gi and stand-up striking disciplines. For someone beginning martial arts, the listed focus presents both close-range grappling and striking as parts of the academy’s overall identity. For a competitor, MMA brings those broad areas together, while No-Gi emphasizes grappling in a format without the gi and Striking identifies the stand-up side of the record. The MMA Academy is specifically categorized under all three disciplines, giving its Liverpool identity a clearly mixed martial-arts orientation. Its listed training focus keeps the description centered on MMA, No-Gi, and Striking rather than a single-discipline approach.
