Trasso Jiu Jitsu & Wrestling

Trasso Jiu Jitsu & Wrestling is located at 200 Rock Road in Glen Rock, NJ 07452, serving students across Glen Rock & Bergen County. The academy offers instruction in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and wrestling for children, teens, and adults. Instruction is led by Head Instructor · BJJ Black Belt Michael Trasso. The coaching staff also includes Assistant Coach — Brown Belt Axel Bouillin, Assistant Coach — Purple Belt Jacki Bouillin, Assistant Coach — Purple Belt Matt Williams, Assistant Coach — Blue Belt Shane Kelley, and Assistant Coach — Kids Wrestling Ryan Romeo. Training programs for adults include the Adults — New Students 5-Week Intro Program, Ages 15+ Adult Jiu Jitsu, and Ages 15+ Adult Wrestling for Jiu Jitsu. Youth programs feature Mighty Pebbles for ages 3–5, Rolling Stones Jiu Jitsu for ages 6–9, Iron Boulders Jiu Jitsu for ages 10–14, and Kids Wrestling. The academy also offers open mat sessions and private lessons by appointment.
