Damião Alexandre Félix de Oliveira Gonçalves, known as Alexandre Oliveira, is the professor and president of the Associação Caminho da Vitória (ACDV), a social project in Campo Grande, Rio Grande do Norte, that teaches Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai and Capoeira with the stated aim of forming good citizens through martial arts. The project marked eight years of existence in May 2025. Oliveira received his Jiu-Jitsu black belt at the close of 2022, at the same graduation ceremony as his students. He writes the association's news and represents it publicly: in April 2025 he and two of his Jiu-Jitsu athletes, Carlos Henrique and Ricardo Almeida, attended an ordinary session of the Campo Grande city council, where he presented the institution's history and achievements ahead of the athletes' trip to the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Championship, and the council later passed a motion of applause for the project.
