Professional Martial Arts Academy Merrimack operates at 501 Daniel Webster Highway in Merrimack, NH. Originally founded in 2008 as Shawn Pacheco's PMA by former professional mixed martial artist and BJJ black belt Shawn Pacheco after training at Renzo Gracie Academy in NY, the school operated for seven years with Chris Shelton and Pacheco co-instructing. Shelton took over ownership in 2015 as owner and lead instructor, bringing more than 20 years of martial arts coaching experience, a 5th degree black belt in Karate, and a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
