Professional Martial Arts Academy Merrimack

Professional Martial Arts Academy Merrimack operates at 501 Daniel Webster Highway in Merrimack, NH. The facility offers instruction in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai kickboxing, and dedicated martial arts youth programs. Training mats and school equipment are cleaned thoroughly following every class. Originally founded in 2008 as Shawn Pacheco's PMA by former professional mixed martial artist and BJJ black belt Shawn Pacheco after training at Renzo Gracie Academy in NY, the school operated for seven years with Chris Shelton and Pacheco co-instructing. Shelton took over ownership in 2015 as owner and lead instructor, bringing more than 20 years of martial arts coaching experience, a 5th degree black belt in Karate, and a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. The instructional staff also features Lynell Pacheco, a 2nd degree black prajioud in Muay Thai, and Kyle Adams, an Army National Guard veteran holding a 3rd degree black belt in Shaolin Kempo Karate. The curriculum serves children, teens, and adult practitioners across all skill levels, with free introductory trial classes available for new students.
